This translation is provided for information only. In the event of any discrepancy, only the German version is binding.
1. Scope
These T&Cs apply to all orders and contracts placed via paletten-pool.ch — for both business customers (B2B) and private customers (B2C) with a delivery address in Switzerland.
2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation in the shop constitutes an invitation to order. Your order is an offer to us; the contract is concluded upon our order confirmation.
3. Prices
For private customers, the prices stated include statutory VAT (8.1%). For business customers, prices are shown net (excluding VAT). Contract prices for pooling/regular customers apply in accordance with individual agreement. Shipping costs are shown transparently before the contract is concluded.
4. Quantities, delivery & collection
Private customers can order from 1 pallet; self-collection in Oberbipp is free of charge, and the dispatch of small quantities is subject to a small-quantity/transport surcharge. For business customers, free collection/delivery applies from a minimum quantity of 100 units. Delivery times are guide values (target: 48 h).
5. Payment
Orders placed through the shop are handled on invoice: we confirm availability, delivery date and price, after which the invoice is issued. For business customers, the payment term applies as agreed. We do not currently offer online payment.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
7. Warranty / defects
The statutory warranty provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply. Obvious defects must be reported without delay upon receipt.
8. Right of withdrawal
In Swiss distance selling there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Sales are made exclusively to customers with a delivery address in Switzerland.
9. Liability
We are liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Data protection, applicable law & place of jurisdiction
The privacy policy applies. Swiss law is applicable; the place of jurisdiction is, where permitted, the registered office of Paletten-Pool GmbH (Canton of Zug).
