THE CYCLE
Four steps, four documents, one balance.
Between your loading dock and the return delivery there are four stations — each with a recorded quantity, a timestamp and a document.
01 / COLLECTION
Pick-up at your dock
Our driver takes in your mixed pallets, records the quantity on the collection note and has it signed off on site.
02 / GOODS INTAKE
Actual quantity and photo
At the plant we record the quantity that actually arrived, assign it a storage location and photograph it — any deviation from the collection note is commented on, never quietly smoothed over.
03 / SORTING
Classes, not estimates
Every pallet received is assigned to a class; the sorting report states the quantities per class and is the basis for the credit on your pool account.
04 / RETURN DELIVERY
Back to your locations
The sorted goods go to the agreed delivery locations — one delivery note per location, and the debit on the pool account is only made once the stop has been confirmed as delivered.
You use the pallets. We keep the account.
With pooling the pallet stays in the cycle — and you keep the overview. Instead of exchanging pallets one by one with every delivery, we keep a pool account for you: whatever we collect from you is credited; whatever we deliver to your delivery locations is debited. The balance arises from real, documented movements — not from estimates at the dock.

Your pool account does not live in an Excel list, but in your own online portal:

PRICING
The price follows the workload, not a list.
Pooling has no list price — it is calculated per cycle. Five variables determine the effort involved; we set them out in the quote and bill afterwards on the quantities actually posted.
