Four steps. One documented delivery.
Between your enquiry and the goods on your dock there are four steps. Each one is documented — you know at any point which class is on its way, and in what quantity.
01 / REQUIREMENT
Clarify the requirement
You give us the type, quantity, delivery location and preferred date — we tell you which class suits your use.
02 / AVAILABILITY
Confirm class and quantity
We check stock at the Oberbipp plant and confirm bindingly which class is available, in what quantity and by when.
03 / PICKING
Assemble at the plant
The pallets are picked to the confirmed class and checked against that classification once more before loading.
04 / DELIVERY
Delivery with a document
Whether delivered by our own fleet or collected ex works, every handover is signed off with a delivery note and filed in the customer portal.

- ✓SBB frames & lids — stackable and modular: more protection and flexibility for your load.
- ✓One-way — particularly light and inexpensive, ideal for shipping without return.

- ✓Business customers (from 100 units) — delivery tour with our own fleet, digital delivery note and invoice. Your contract prices are visible after logging in to the customer portal.
- ✓Private customers (from 1 pallet) — order directly in the shop: self-collection free of charge, shipping with a surcharge. All consumer prices incl. 8.1 % VAT.

With our own fleet and a 48-hour delivery window, we reach you quickly across Switzerland — with no detour via external carriers. Over 4,000 deliveries a year, each with a digital delivery note. With self-collection your goods are ready ex works immediately.
PRICING
Five factors set the unit price.
We deliberately do not quote a single price — there is none for a range that spans new, used and special formats. What you can see is what moves the price: consumer prices are in the shop, business customers receive a quote for their actual quantity.

| Condition class | A, B and C differ in appearance and remaining service life, not in load capacity — for internal logistics, C is often the better buy. |
| Quantity and price breaks | The unit price falls with order quantity; the break points are shown per article in the shop. |
| Delivery or collection | Collection ex works carries no transport share; for delivery, distance, load size and access at the delivery location all count. |
| Availability and timing | Goods from stock cost less than goods we have to buy in or recondition first; tight dates tie up sorting and tour capacity. |
Frequently asked questions
Can I buy individual pallets as a private person?+
Yes. Private customers order from a single pallet directly in the shop. Self-collection in Oberbipp is free of charge; shipping of small quantities is with a surcharge. Consumer prices are understood to include 8.1 % VAT.
How quickly do you deliver?+
As a rule within 48 hours, across Switzerland with our own fleet. With self-collection the goods are ready ex works immediately.
Do business customers receive special conditions?+
Yes. Business customers from 100 units receive a personal offer; stored contract prices are visible after logging in to the customer portal.
