From the first quantity estimate to the settlement, every step is documented — you can see what was collected and how it was graded.

Report your stock
You give us the type, approximate quantity and location — that is all we need for an indicative price, usually the same day.

Inspection before the trip
We estimate the condition mix from your details or photos; for larger stocks we look at the goods on site first.

Our own vehicles, an agreed slot, the loaded quantity signed off on the collection note.

At the Oberbipp plant we sort by class — the purchase statement shows which quantities arrived in which class.

What we take
- ✓EUR/EPAL pallets — class A, B and C, mixed and unsorted too: we do the sorting ourselves.
- ✓Defective EPAL pallets — broken boards, missing blocks, rejects. Whatever can be repaired goes back into circulation.
- ✓SBB/ÖBB frames, EPAL lids and folding frames — used, unsorted too.
- ✓One-way pallets in the common sizes 1200 × 800, 1200 × 1000 and 1200 × 1200 mm.
- ✓Industrial and CP pallets — just tell us the format and quantity.
Your proof: the purchase statement
After collection, we sort your pallets into classes at our Oberbipp plant. The purchase statement records which quantities arrived in which class — that is the basis for settlement. You don't have to take our word for it, you can read it.
Do you have pallets on a regular basis?
Many of our suppliers hand over their pallets to us on an ongoing basis. Tell us in your enquiry how often pallets pile up at your site — we will plan collections accordingly.
PRICING
What moves the buy-back price.
We quote an indicative price before collection; settlement is by class once sorting is done. Five factors determine the price for your stock.

| Condition mix | Every class carries its own rate. A high share of A and B lifts the average; a high share of defective pallets lowers it. |
| Quantity per collection | Larger lots spread the effort across more pallets. From 100 EPAL pallets we collect free of charge throughout Switzerland with our own fleet. |
| Type and standard | An EPAL with a legible branding mark is valued differently from industrial sizes or special formats outside the standard. |
| Location and access | Distance to the plant, truck access, and whether the goods are stacked and ready for a forklift. |
| Market situation | Timber prices and demand for sorted goods fluctuate. An indicative price therefore applies to the quantity and period discussed. |

Do you also buy defective pallets?+
Yes. We buy EPAL and industrial pallets in any condition — from class A to defective. Repairable and reject pallets belong in our cycle.
From what quantity do you collect?+
From 100 EPAL pallets we collect free of charge across Switzerland with our own fleet; for one-way pallets and frames we state the terms with our offer. For smaller quantities you can deliver yourself or have them collected for a flat fee.
Do I need to sort the pallets first?+
No. We take unsorted and mixed goods as they are. We sort them ourselves at the plant and show the result in the purchase statement.
Do you also take one-way pallets and SBB frames?+
Yes. We also take used one-way pallets in the common sizes, SBB/ÖBB frames, EPAL lids and folding frames. We state the terms with our offer.
How quickly will I get an offer?+
We reply within one working day. We usually give an indicative price the same day; settlement is by class once sorting is done.
Can I send photos?+
Of course. Send the enquiry and reply to our email with a few photos — for larger stocks we can also look at the goods on site first.
How is the price determined?+
We assess to the EPAL standard. Classification takes place during sorting at our site and is shown transparently in the purchase statement; settlement is based on the effective quantity.
