From the first quantity estimate to the settlement, every step is documented — you can see what was collected and how it was graded.
01 / ENQUIRY
Report your stock
You give us the type, approximate quantity and location — that is all we need for an indicative price, usually the same day.
02 / ASSESSMENT
Inspection before the trip
We estimate the condition mix from your details or photos; for larger stocks we look at the goods on site first.
03 / COLLECTION
We load at your site
Our own vehicles, an agreed slot, the loaded quantity signed off on the collection note.
04 / CREDIT
Settlement per sorting report
At the Oberbipp plant every pallet is graded individually — the credit follows the classes listed in the sorting report.

What we pay for your pallets
The amounts below are indicative values per EUR/EPAL pallet. The final price depends on type, condition and quantity and is confirmed after inspection at our site — so we pay for what you actually deliver.

PRICING
What moves the buy-back price.
We quote an indicative price before collection and confirm it after sorting. Five factors decide where your stock sits within the range.

| Condition mix | Every class carries its own rate. A high share of A and B lifts the average; a high share of defective pallets lowers it. |
| Quantity per collection | Larger lots spread the effort across more pallets. From 100 units we collect free of charge throughout Switzerland with our own fleet. |
| Type and standard | An EPAL with a legible branding mark is valued differently from industrial sizes or special formats outside the standard. |
| Location and access | Distance to the plant, truck access, and whether the goods are stacked and ready for a forklift. |
| Market situation | Timber prices and demand for sorted goods fluctuate. An indicative price therefore applies to the quantity and period discussed. |

From what quantity do you collect?+
From 100 units we collect free of charge across Switzerland with our own fleet. For smaller quantities you can deliver yourself or have them collected for a flat fee.
How is the price determined?+
We assess to the EPAL standard. Classification takes place during sorting at our site and is shown transparently in the sorting report; settlement is based on the effective quantity.
