Anyone running pallets in a cycle has to be able to show the rules by which they sort, repair and exchange. Here are our credentials — with issuing body and certificate.
Our credentials
EPAL governs the craft on the pallet, ISO 9001 and 14001 the running of the business, EcoVadis sustainability across the entire supply chain, FSC the origin of the timber and the Fair Pallet Player label the conduct in exchange. Only together do they add up to a verifiable process.
Issued by European Pallet Association e.V.
Only licensed companies may repair EPAL Euro pallets and mark them with the repair nail, and independent inspection bodies verify this. For you: a pallet that leaves our workshop repaired stays accepted in open exchange.

Issued by SQS — Schweizerische Vereinigung für Qualitäts- und Management-Systeme
ISO 9001 checks whether processes are described, measured and improved; ISO 14001 does the same for environmental impact. SQS audits both annually and reassesses them every three years. For you: our sorting and repair criteria are fixed and externally checked — not renegotiated with every load.

EcoVadis rates environment, labour and human rights, ethics and the supply chain on the basis of submitted evidence; gold marks the leading group among rated companies. It is a scored rating, not a certification issued by an audit body — but it is renewed every year. For you: your own supplier assessment can take our scorecard directly.

Chain of Custody certification shows that timber can be traced without gaps from the certified forest to the delivered pallet. It is the business that is audited, not the individual item: FSC goods count as certified only when the claim and the registration number appear on the invoice and delivery note. For you: where you need FSC, we can document it — tell us when you order.

The label from GS1 Switzerland and ASTAG stands for fair, traceable pallet exchange between shipper, carrier and consignee — the same quality criteria on both sides and documented quantities. For you: what is counted at collection is what later appears on the document.
